Natural Hair Styles| Side Swept Braid Out

My first hair styling tutorial! Oh the memories. This video shows how I created my then signiture style, the side swept braid out. I made it back in 2013.

Materials used:

• Spray bottle filled with water or aloe vera juice

• Rattail comb

• Small rubber bands

• Eco styler gel

• Shea butter hair lotion

• Jane Carter's Nourish and Shine

• Wide tooth comb

• Hair clips

• Pony tail holders

• Extra Virgin Olive Oil (and a container to put it in)

Looking back on this video I realize that a lot of the techniques I used then, I no longer do now, for example using a wide tooth comb. I NEVER comb my hair.
